From first enquiry to the receipt at discharge.
Patients, doctors, operations and payments in one record — with numbered receipts and commission splits that stand up to an audit.

Care should feel calm. Your back office should too.
What clinics and health-tourism teams actually lose to disorganised tools.
Enquiries spread across channels
WhatsApp, Instagram, the contact form — and nobody owning the follow-up.
Follow-up missed
A patient calls a week later and nobody wrote down what was said.
Records on paper
Treatment notes and patient details scattered between binders and phones.
No live numbers for the owner
You do not know whether the month worked until the month is over.
Enquiry, booking, treatment, follow-up.
Care is a journey — the platform follows every step, in every language.
Enquiry
Every patient owned by a name, from the first message.
Booking
A doctor's calendar refuses a clash. Soft holds stay flexible.
Treatment
The treatment, its doctor, its duration and its price on one record.
Follow-Up
A stage in the journey, with a doctor assigned to it.
Built for clinics that care about the journey.
The features a clinic actually runs on — already inside.
Built for patients who travel
Passport, nationality, country and city of origin, arrival and departure dates, hotel and companion — on every patient record, because a patient flying in is not a local walk-in.
No double bookings, ever
A doctor's calendar refuses a clash. Soft holds stay flexible until they are confirmed.
Treatments and their prices
Each treatment carries its doctor, its category, how long it takes and what it costs, in its own currency.
Aftercare on the record
Follow-up is a stage in the patient's journey, with a doctor assigned to it — so aftercare is somebody's job, not an afterthought.
Payments & receipts
Printable receipts issued to the patient, carrying your company details, the doctor and the treatment.
Multilingual by design
Your team and your patients each in their own language — eight, Arabic included, right to left.
Most clinics pay for a CRM, a booking tool, an HR tool, a reporting tool and a meeting tool. All of it is already inside. From €1,548 a year, plus a one-time setup.
Every department, one platform
Reception owns the enquiry, the calendar protects the day, doctors deliver the treatment, finance takes payment. People and intelligence sit across all of it.

What this engine does not do yet.
The clinic engine is newer than construction. Here is what is missing, plainly, so you can judge it before a demo rather than during one. All three already work in another engine, so this is sequencing rather than a limit of the platform.
- One person's own numbersTeam performance is measured and reported. The per-person view — one coordinator's own figures, on their own screen — exists in construction and real estate, not here yet.
- A price to send before they commitOperations and payments are recorded, and every payment produces a numbered receipt. There is no quotation document to send a patient before they decide yet.
- Reaching the patient from insidePatient records hold phone and contact details. The WhatsApp and Telegram connections the trade and real estate engines carry are not wired into this one yet.
These are in development, and the order they arrive in is shaped by the people already using it. Tell us what your clinic actually needs
What clinics ask us first.
Not with a confirmed appointment. When you book, the platform checks that doctor's calendar for any confirmed appointment whose time overlaps the new one — the treatment's own duration sets the window — and refuses the booking outright if it finds one. Pending appointments behave differently on purpose: they hold the slot softly without blocking it, so a tentative enquiry never locks up a doctor's day. The block applies once an appointment is confirmed, which is the point at which a clash would actually cost you.
The platform runs in eight languages — English, German, Russian, Arabic, Turkish, Spanish, Portuguese and French — and Arabic renders right to left throughout, not as an afterthought. Each member of your team works in the language they chose, independently of anyone else.
Alongside the usual contact details: passport, nationality, country and city of origin, arrival and departure dates, hotel and whether they are bringing a companion, plus the assigned doctor, the treatment and the stage of the journey they are at. Treatment notes go in the record's notes; the platform does not store consent forms or photographs today, so those stay wherever you keep them now.
Patients can be created and edited in the platform, each with its own reference. For a first load from a spreadsheet our team does the import with you as part of setup, rather than leaving you to enter them one at a time.
We do it. We set up your workspace, migrate your existing patient and treatment data, train your team on the clinic engine, and stay available to you afterwards. Setup is a one-time fee charged at the start and never again; the subscription is separate from it.
