Each company's data is isolated at the database level with row-level security, so one company's records cannot be reached from another's session. Access is role-based — people see only what their role permits. Data is encrypted in transit and backed up nightly, encrypted.

Clients, leads, agencies and projects import from Excel using a downloadable template. For leads, agencies and projects we check the file and show you exactly what will be created before anything is written. Units and payment plans are entered in the platform rather than imported.
