Every site, every offer, every payment in one place.
Projects, crews, progress payments and priced offers — connected, so the figure on the dashboard is the figure on site.

Selling units shouldn't feel like a paperwork war.
If any of these sound familiar, you're already paying for them in lost deals.
Units everywhere, status nowhere
Two reps sell the same unit, a third can't find the layout. There's no single live source of truth.
Leads slip between WhatsApp and post-its
An interested buyer calls back and nobody remembers what was promised — or by whom.
Payment plans tracked in Excel
Late installments, broken plans, agency commissions guessed by hand. Cash leaks out quietly.
No live numbers for the owner
Weekly meetings to assemble numbers that should be on the screen the moment a deposit lands.
Your real flow, end to end.
From the first interested buyer to a unit handover — every step is a screen, not a file.

Know who is loyal, and who you are losing.
Every buyer and every agency has a history. The system keeps it — who came from where, who went quiet, and why the ones you lost walked away.
Loyal clients
Active buyers, and the referrals that brought them in.
Loyal agencies
Which agency actually closes, and which only lists.
Lost clients
Why they walked, recorded — so the next one does not.
Lost agencies
Partners who went quiet, surfaced before they are gone.
What this engine does not do yet.
The construction engine is the most complete of the five. These are limits of the platform rather than of this engine, and they apply everywhere.
- Sending figures to your accountantIncome, cost and commission are all recorded against the work. There is no accounting connector yet — you export from the reports page, and accounting is one of the engines in development.
- One inbox for client messagesYou can store a client’s WhatsApp and Telegram details and log which channel an offer went out on. The Messages inbox inside the platform is for your own team — client conversations still happen in your own apps.
- Changing your own planYour plan, seats and invoices are all visible. Changing a plan goes through us today — write, and we handle it. Self-serve is being built.
These are in development, and the order they arrive in is shaped by the people already using it. Tell us what your sites actually need
What developers ask us first.
Yes — the project is the top level. Towers, blocks, floors and units sit beneath it, and every list, report and profit-and-loss view can be read for a single project or across all of them at once. You can also assign a salesperson to specific projects, in which case those are the only ones they see.
Plans are yours to define: a down-payment percentage, the number of installment months, a monthly or quarterly frequency, and a handover percentage. Keep as many plans per project as you need, generate a buyer's schedule from one of them, then adjust that buyer's individual installments afterwards without touching the plan itself.
You set the agency's rate on the deal and the platform computes the amount against the full sale price — no figure is typed in by hand. Your commission structure holds the rest of the split: the agency share alongside the salesperson, supervisor, sales manager and director shares, plus what the company keeps and tax. Every share starts at zero, so nothing is owed until an administrator enters your numbers. A commission is recognised as a cost in the month the unit is sold, whether or not it has been paid yet; marking it paid stamps the date, the method and a receipt onto the deal. It then appears as its own line in the profit and loss, against income, per project. Your team manages all of this inside the platform.
Yes. Offers carry your company logo and name and export as a one-page A4 PDF. Write one yourself, or have it drafted from the client, project, unit and payment plan already on file — either way you review it on screen before it is saved or sent.
We do it. We set up your workspace, migrate your existing data, train your team on the engine that matches your business, and stay available to you afterwards. Setup is a one-time fee charged at the start and never again; the subscription is separate from it.
