Do I need a Clavix 360° account to take the course?
No. Every lesson, the exam and the certificate are open without an account. Nothing asks you to sign in, and nothing asks for a card.
Is the certificate really free?
Yes. There is no payment at any stage and none appears later. You give a name for the certificate to be issued in, and that is the only thing asked of you.
How does an employer verify my certificate?
The PDF carries a QR code holding a clavix360.app address. Scanning it opens a public page that looks the certificate up by its reference and says whether it is genuine — with no account and no request to us.
Can I retake the exam if I do not pass?
Yes, as many times as you need. Every attempt draws a fresh set of questions at random from all ten modules, so no two attempts are the same.
Do I need to use Clavix 360° for the course to be useful?
No. Most of it is general ground — what a CRM and an ERP are for, how a pipeline works, how BI and KPIs are read. Some modules use Clavix 360° to show what those ideas look like in a real system.
