Email hello@clavix360.app with the subject "Privacy request". Include:

• The right you want to exercise;
• Enough information for us to identify your account (e.g. the email on the account);
• The data you are asking about (if known).

To protect your data, we may need to verify your identity before processing a request. We will only ask for what is necessary.

We aim to acknowledge requests within a few business days and respond in full within 30 days, or sooner where required by law. If a request is unusually complex we may extend the timeframe in line with applicable law and will keep you informed.

EU / UK users — GDPR rights as set out above; right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

Canadian users — PIPEDA-equivalent rights of access and correction.

Other regions — we honour equivalent rights where reasonable and where applicable law allows.
